 Title: Wednesday

Directed by: Tim Burton

"Wednesday" is a series that follows Wednesday Addams as she is sent to Nevermore Academy, a special school for outcasts and supernatural students. The show mixes mystery, fantasy, and dark humor while Wednesday tries to solve a series of crimes happening around the school. The setting of Nevermore creates a strange and exciting atmosphere that makes the audience curious about what will happen next.

The series also focuses on Wednesday’s strength, independence, and the challenges she faces while trying to work with others. Even though she prefers to be alone, she slowly learns the importance of teamwork and trust. Her relationships with her classmates show how difficult it can be to open, but also how cooperation can help her solve the mysteries around her.

I selected this series because the first time I watched it, I felt many emotions like curiosity, excitement, and even humor thanks to Wednesday’s unique personality. The characters are fun and interesting, and their interactions make the story enjoyable and engaging. The show makes the viewer connect with Wednesday’s struggle to find her place while staying true to who she is.

In the end, Wednesday is more than a mysterious teenage story. It is an entertaining and original series that stays with you thanks to its strong characters and creative world.

Title: La sociedad de la nieve

Directed by: J.A. Bayona

"La sociedad de la nieve" is a movie based on real facts that explain a plane crash in the Andes suffered by a team traveling to Chile for a rugby match. The film shows the terrible situation the survivors had to face and how the cold, fear, and isolation pushed them to their limits. Bayona uses the snowy mountains to create a strong atmosphere that makes the audience feel the danger and loneliness of the place.

The movie also focuses on the survivors’ strength, teamwork, and the hard choices they had to make to live. Their unity is the main reason they manage to continue fighting day after day. We see how they support, share all they have, and make difficult decisions. This gives the story a deep emotional impact.

I selected this movie because the first time I saw it, I felt many emotions like sadness, pride, and joy. The characters feel real, and their experiences make the viewer connect with them. The film shows that even in the darkest moments, people can still find hope and courage.

In the end, La sociedad de la nieve is more than a survival story. It teaches important lessons about progress, teamwork, and the value of life. It is a powerful and moving film that stays with you long after watching it.

Forrest Gump

Forrest Gump (1994), directed by Robert Zemeckis, is a heartfelt and emotionally rich film that follows the extraordinary life of an ordinary man. Tom Hanks delivers a remarkable performance as Forrest, a man with a low IQ but a pure heart.

Throughout the story, Forrest experiences important moments in American history without even trying; he just follows his path with a positive attitude. His relationship with Jenny, his childhood friend, adds a very human and sometimes sad touch to the movie. What stands out the most about Forrest Gump is its message: you don’t need to be “perfect” to achieve great things in life. The movie reminds us that kindness, persistence, and being yourself can take you farther than you ever expected.

It’s a beautiful, inspiring story and very easy to connect with. That’s why it’s still one of those movies worth watching more than once.

Stranger things

Stranger Things(2016) directed by the Duffer brothers, is a series full of mystery, adventure, and nostalgia that follows a group of kids living in the small town of Hawkins. Everything seems normal until one of them disappears, and strange things start happening involving secret experiments and creatures from another world.

The best part of the series is the friendship between the main characters. They’re all very different from each other, but they support one another and do everything they can to stay safe. Eleven also stands out a girl with special powers who becomes an important part of the group.

The show mixes suspense with fun and emotional moments, and it has a cool 80s inspired style that makes it unique. Each season brings new mysteries, lovable characters, and situations that keep you hooked.

In short, Stranger Things is an entertaining, easy to follow series with a lot of heart. If you enjoy stories about friendship, adventure, and a touch of dark fantasy, it’s perfect for you.
